Maintaining, repairing, and servicing Canada's
fleet of buses, you will work in a shop environment
or from a field service vehicle. Your work will
include everything from routine maintenance and
inspection of buses to complete engine, transmission
or transaxle rebuilds, on-the-spot troubleshooting
and roadside repair work.
You will work with buses and other vehicles which
form part of the bus company's fleet - service
trucks, cars, and more.
Bottom line? You'll use your knowledge as a heavy
equipment mechanic to be responsible for the safe,
efficient, and reliable operation of the vehicles
under your care.
